What to do in case of damage?

  1. Bring everyone involved to safety.
  2. Alert the emergency services if needed: police, fire brigade, ambulance.
  3. Take photos or a video of the circumstances.
  4. After an accident, fill in the accident report form and have it signed by all parties.
  5. Contact us to report the claim or for further advice.
  6. Ask for a detailed estimate to repair the damage.
  7. Where needed, we come on site with the loss adjuster to settle the claim.
  8. Send us the repair invoice, so the VAT can be reimbursed.
